I would rate Vic a 10!!! Why you Ask? I have been buying multiple homes for over 25 yrs. using other realtors in Durham Region. Vic is the 1st Realtor that deserved his commission. Vic went over and above helping me sell my home. His selling tactics sold my home. He sold my house in the country and during covid he prepared me that selling a house in country is different than selling in the city. He was right! He explains everything in WHY he does what he does. He never keeps you in the dark about your home. His Goal is to get the BEST price for my home and to make me happy about the PRICE I got! VIC is NOT afraid to get dirty. Just to mention a few things that super impressed me. He did garbage Dump runs, picked up Reno supplies, he carried big drywall sheets, he painted, dry walled and mudded at no extra charge. Anything Vic had to charge me for he would always be upfront about the extra costs. Vic also came with a team of contractors, lawyers, and mortgage brokers that with good prices and met all our deadlines. VIC SOLD MY HOUSE and Because of his buying techniques, I wasn’t up against other bidders. I didn’t have to offer 100k over asking like other houses did. I decided Because He SOLD my house, I decided to use him to help me buy a home. GUESS WHAT? He found me a home in less than a week. The man is the reliever of all stress.
